@anandlangalia, It could also be an issue with the way the file is exported from the App. Next time can you please export via text message or Dropbox (anything other than what you have been doing - most likely email). I would like to rule out a…

Also please refer to our calibration section in our tutorial: www.mbientlab.com/tutorials

@zoo, It is not needed. Keep in mind these scripts are for learning purposes only.

@Ben, You can fill out an RMA if you need to (I think you might already have)
-
@biofeedbackuwa, We make our APIs open source for this very reason.

Hi All, It looks like you did NOT set up your PATH / environment variables correctly. Add Python to path: 1. In the Windows menu, search for “advanced system settings” and select View advanced system settings. 2. In the window that appears, …

ruthif, If you are looking for the haptic version of the board, you simply need to purchase the MetaMotionR+ version of our board.

I recommend the MetaTracker: www.mbientlab.com/store. It's got Bluetooth + temperature and you just hook it up to talk to our MetaHub (BLE to Wifi RaspberryPI based gateway hub)
-
@Esclozas1, As per Eric's comment, note that Bluetooth Low Energy is quite different from Bluetooth Classic; you have only about 15m of range or so. Maybe you are operating the BLE out of spec?
-
@Esclozas1, If your device is still under warranty, we are happy to look at it. You can fill out an RMA here: https://mbientlab.com/troubleshooting/

@mpollind, Keep us updated on this. For now we have a workaround we published that leverages our Python APIs and uses a TCP socket to stream data into Matlab: https://mbientlab.com/tutorials/Matlab.html

What does the exported data look like? Can you show us a screen shot of an export (via email if possible)?

@pwwooldridge, Please don't update firmware via our Python script/example. We have actually removed the update_firmware.py script from the Python repository. You can only update firmware using the latest Android and iOS MetaBase App (and you s…
-
HI Tabchas, I would recommend the WIndows MetaBase App for this. If you want to code, I would also recommend the MetaHub. It already has JS and Python code built in for you that you can customize for the exact application you described above.

Also please note, we do not support downgrading. DO NOT DOWNGRADE YOUR METAWEAR.
-
Please note that you cannot downgrade from 1.4.1 as the bootloader and firmware have both been updated and previous firmware releases will no longer work. If you have bricked your MetaWear, please email us through our contact form (you can ship y…

We are moving away from Obj-C in place of Swift as preferred by Apple. Please make sure to use the latest API 3.1.6 which is fully compatible. 3.1.6 is a Swift wrapper on top of our MetaWear C libraries. If you have specific integration issu…

Swipe left on the main screen.

To make it entirely visible you would need your own firmware and API flavor. I don't recommend this unless you are ready to sell thousands of devices. What you can do in the meantime is change the advertising device name and make sure your custom…

This issue has been solved in this thread: https://mbientlab.com/community/discussion/2612/pods-integration-with-v3-1-4-sdk#latest

Hey tabchas, it's the Research and Dev kit now.

Hi Federico, The MetaHealth has been delayed until we receive further funding to finish the R&D and manufacturing. The MetaHealth release date is TBD (potential: late 2018 - mid 2019). We will email you when the device is finally avai…

Amr, The error you are getting is from the low level Bluetooth link code running on the Pi. It is not coming from the sensors. Are all your packages and dependencies up to date? Can you use hci tools to sniff the BLE link layer to see what is ha…

Kristen, There is a spot of hot glue between the board and the battery. You can gently separate them but be careful not to damage the battery. I recommend using tweezer and a gentle motion. The battery is soldered to the board in the upper rig…

Everythign has been updated on our website for you.

If you have IC, then you have CE since IC requirements are higher than CE requirements. CE is self marked and self declared. You can use our declaration on our website: www.mbientlab.com/documentation
-
No you don't need to re-certify. As I mentioned previously you just need the ID on your product or product label/box.
-
Venkat, You need to make sure the FCC ID and CE mark are labelled on your product. Please see the datasheet of your product and www.mbientlab.com/documentation for details.

There is no sensor fusion on MetaWear Cpro. Only MetaMotionC. You are looking at the wrong datasheet...
-
Mark, The more data you have in the MetaSensor memory, the longer it will take to download via the Bluetooth link of your device. 8MB is a lot of data, that could be half a million sensor data entries! Check out our amazing Bluetooth and memory …
