If you have questions about your order, shipping status, runaway package, returns (RMAs), exchanges, or missing parts, please file a ticket here.
You can check the status of your order in your email (please check your spam and trash folder). We send receipts, invoices, order confirmations and shipment tracking numbers via emails.
Technical support is provided in the customer forums for all MbientLab customers by our dedicated team of engineers and staff. We will answer questions quickly (within 1-2 days), additionally a community of experts may also chime in to offer additional tips, tricks and how-tos.
Please keep in mind we answer all questions in the customer support forums, we do not provide one-on-one email or telephone consulting.
