HELP WITH YOUR PURCHASE OR ORDER

Please direct all general questions about our products (including pricing) to our contact form or via email.

The fastest way to purchase our products is on our store. We accept debit, credit, and PayPal.

RFQs (request-for-quote), POs (purchase orders), special purchase requests or paperwork needed for merchandise purchase should be directed to us via email.

If you have questions about your order, shipping status/tracking, returns (RMAs), exchanges, or missing parts, please email us.

You can check the status of your order in your email (please check your spam and trash folder if you did not receive an email). Receipts, invoices, order confirmations (with shipment tracking numbers) are sent to you using the email provided to us during your purchase.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Technical support is provided in the customer forums for all MbientLab customers by our dedicated team of engineers and staff. We will answer questions quickly (within 1-2 days), additionally a community of experts may also chime in to offer additional tips, tricks and how-tos.

Please keep in mind we answer all questions in the customer support forums, we do not provide one-on-one email or telephone consulting.

Unfortunately, we do not provide technical services. This includes but is not limited to custom code development, engineering services and consulting.
