    This helps with the errors in the console app but when I try to use await the InitializeAsync() in Unity it never returns to the main thread. This causes Unity to just freeze and eventually crash.

    The C# SDK works in Unity 2018, barring that serialization bug on UWP which they need to fix (this can be worked around with some minor changes until then).

    So just to be clear on this - as SDK is not supporting Unity on Windows, you suggest that the only option is doing some "Bypass" such as streaming data into Unity from zeromq or rabbitmq ?
