Our metahub is already an example of this. The MetaBase app can also upload to dropbox/box/googledrive if the dropbox/box/googledrive app is installed on your phone.
-
Our APIs are open source so you are free to modify them as you wish.
-
you are very welcome
-
Can you use an iPhone and try to update the firmware on the board (don't use an Android device, especially not a tablet).
-
Our APIs only work with our MetaSensor boards. If you want to add non MetaWear devices, you need to write the code yourself.
-
MetaBase does not work on iOS 13 so DFUs will fail. We will be releasing a new version next week that will work on iOS13 (Apple has to approve the app and everyone is trying to release right now - it is a busy time of year from app releases with th…

Follow the troubleshooting steps: www.mbientlab.com/troubleshooting -> make sure to soft reset your board and wait 1 minute. Then re-install the metabase app and try to connect.
-
We also have videos in our tutorials showing how to connect and group multiple sensors, check them out.

open the data file in a text editor and not in excel. It looks like excel might be reading the numbers wrong. Get back to me with more pics.

Hey Wang, We stopped supporting this.

Yes, it is safe if you have experience soldering (using a soldering iron). You can also cut them off just make sure the leads aren't exposed (there should not be any exposed metal or it will create issues).

As per Eric's comment you have a few options: 1. Hire us to write custom firmware (this has a cost) 2. Use our internal math libraries (to do simple calculations in firmware) 3. Do the math calculations in software (in your own App for example)

Thanks for everything you have provided. Can you please file a ticket: www.mbientlab.com/ticket

Thank you.

No this is not possible.
-
No, use a wind speed sensor and attach it to our sensor (google this)
-
Just to update this thread, make sure the Clang flags in the Build Settings of your project match our examples:
-
No, the metahub is meant to replace the smartphone.
-
Does the nRF connect App work from Nordic? Did you also try the reset on that sensor?
-
This has unfortunately absolutely nothing to do with us. It's the Samsung galaxy S8 and other smartphones that have a connection bottleneck. Keep in mind iOS restricts the # of connected devices, as does Android. Also, the one 2.4Ghz antenn…

It's in our tutorials, the first rule of the forum is to always check the tutorials first.
-
Use a newer iPhone (not an iPad), download the MetaBase app fresh from the app store. Try connecting to the MetaSensor again while it is plugged in (don't unplug it) to power. And get back to me. Provide photos and videos from now on.

No, they are started around the same second, but not the same millisecond or nanosecond.

https://mbientlab.com/community/discussion/3167/how-to-report-an-issue#latest on the unopened sensor and post all of the steps including pictures of what worked/didn't work when following the troubleshooting guide.
-
Why did you open the case? the sensors are glued in the case and you probably damaged it when you opened it. Now there is no analysis we can do on the original failure.
