The module cannot be android library

Hello,

I´m trying to use 7 Metawear connected to an Android phone (V. 4.3 JellyBean) to report when the physical switch is pressed.

I´m using the Metawear API (1.8.0) as shown in the tutorial ( Getting started with Metawear API using Android studio).

I created an activity class as a test inside the project, but when I try to compilate The Run</<debug configuration shows: "!Error: The module cannot be Android library".

I wonder how can I implement the Metawear library.

Sounds like you created an Android library instead of an Android application. The first line of the module's build.gradle file should be:

apply plugin: 'com.android.application'

Thanks, I just realized that.

I solved my problem and i've been trying to create an app that make just a connection with the MetaWear and send me back the acelerometer data. I follow the instruction from the Android Guide http://docs.mbientlab.com/?page_id=40#cat-26 but i couldn´t make the bluetooth conection with my board with the Mac address DA:9C:EA:20:53:17 M.

Could you give a code example making a the conection as I explained

Sample code for instantiating a BluetoothDevice given a MAC address is in the guide:

The Bluetooth adapter does have to be enabled for the code to work. The Android Bluetooth LE page has sample code setting up the adapter:
