MMC Error: Failed to connect to the device

Hi,

I've been using the MMC through the Android MetaBase app. I've had no problem connecting to the sensor until two days ago. The sensor is identifiable when scanning for Bluetooth devices on my phone yet it cannot connect to it through the app. I tried uninstalling and installing the app but I'm still facing the same problem. I also noticed that the app had updated on my phone two days ago and I only started to have difficulties connecting to the sensor after this - could it be to do with an update? Has anyone else had the same problem?

Please could you let me know if there's any way to connect the sensor through the Android app.

Thanks in advance.

  • So this is with the latest Android MetaBase App? I just updated a new version on the App store a few days ago version 3.4.16.
    Can you confirm this?

  • Same issue in Android with 3.4.16 MetaBase app and MMS sensor

    Hi Laura,
Yes, I can confirm that it is with the latest Android MetaBase app (version 3.4.16).

  • For now you can revert to an older version or use the iOS version.
It will take about 1 week to release a new MetaBase Android version.

  • A new MetaBase Android App has been released.
