Fuser + Packer Combination

Hello,
I have 2 questions:
1) Can we use fuser to fuse acc & gyro data (so that each sample has 6 values) and then use packer to pack maybe 2 or 3 of the mentioned samples into 1 BLE packet? Can you give some guidance on it if it is possible?
2) What does "limit()" exactly do in the fuser example? Timestamps remain the same when I change its period parameter...
