MetaWear R not detected

Hi all,

I am new here.

I have a question: I have received two MetaWear R today.

One of them works perfectly. The other one worked first time I scanned for it, but now is not detected anymore.

I have tried with Android Nexus 5 and iPad.
Same result. The One that works is detected in both devices, and the other one not detected.

Tried also with Nordic BLE app scanner: same result. It detects only the one that works.

I have tried all the troubleshooting recommendations from the forum (bootloader mode, bluetooth off/on, flight mode, Wifi off, reinstall apps, etc, etc...) and always the same result.

I also tried charging for more than an hour the one that does not work and I don`t detected it anymore.

Any suggestions?

    • Did you connect to the bugged board before it disappeared from further BTLE scans?
    • Does the board show up on a scan if it is plugged into a power source?

    No. I have tried also this but is not detected anymore.
