Cannot detect the bluetooth module of metawear RG

Hi, can i ask why is it that when i try connecting to one of my metawear RG board but it does not show the device. It was working fine but it suddenly cannot be detected.

    What were you doing with the board prior to this issue?  Maybe it's just out of battery.
