@alessandromontanari All R series devices past and present are on nRF51 revision 2 silicon. C series devices may have revision 2 or 3 depending on when they were ordered. The nRF51 revision can be identified by the laser marking on the certified radio module: EYSFCNZXX devices are revision 2, and EYSGCNZXX devices are revision 3. All devices are package code QFAA, which is QFN48, 256kB Flash, 16kB RAM.
