Pulse sensor

Hi!

I am using a pulse sensor . And I am not getting accurate result from that. sometime it display more than 600.

and if i switch the connection between analog and 3.3V it will display around 30.

can you please tell me how can i get the accurate result ?

Or give me accurate method to get accurate result of pulses .

ans: I am using Heart rate pulse sensor. look at this https://mbientlab.com/product/heart-rate-pulse-sensor/

How is it connected to the board
ans : Red pin : 3.3V or 5V Black pin : GND Purple pin : analog A0
Which board are you using?
ans : using Arduino UNO
What code are you using to read and configure the GPIO pins?
ans : download the file from the github (PulseSensorAmped_Arduino_1.5.0 ) .

We do not provide Arduino support; this question is better suited for the Arduino forums.

In terms of how the pulse sensor is connected to a MetaWear board, you simply need to clear the output of pin 1 and read the ADC values from pin 0. See the iOS HeartRate app for code specifics:
