Pairing devices

Hi,
I am having trouble
pairing devices on Bluetooth with a Windows 10 laptop.  I did manage
to pair 2 devices, log and download data, but I was unable to pair other
devices later even after removing the 2 first devices. Any ideas what I should do? Thanks,

    Do the unpairable devices work with the Android or iOS MetaBase app?

    Yes, they work with iOS MetaBase.

    If your laptop is on the Creator's Update, the windows app will be updated to use the new Bluetooth APIs that don't require pairing before hand.
