Session Config Endlessly Stuck in "Programming" MetaMotionR iOS

I'm brand new to this. App installed on iPhone X, all steps in set-up through tutorial completed successfully. Created new session, adjusted sensor levels, hit "start" and it's looping in spinning wheel of "Programming" for more than three minutes. Deleted App, reinstalled. Same problem all over again. Sit and spin.

    • Can you connect to the board in the diagnostic page and view the device information?
    • Does the board work with the Android or Windows version of MetaBase?
    • Do you have other boards to test with?
