I HAVE READ THE DOCUMENTATION AND TUTORIALS

Can anybody explain or point me in the right direction for tutorial or documentation on how to:

1) Connect the Coin Vibe Motor to Meta Motion C Board.
2) Set the motor to vibrate at particular times in the day and the duration of the vibration.
