Failed to start monitoring

Hi, I am trying to run the 'starter' project which worked before but now all I see is this in the console.log of Android Studio

11:24 AM Executing tasks: [:starter:assembleDebug]

11:24 AM Gradle build finished in 722 ms

11:25 AM Failed to start monitoring 05157df5e0e8191e

11:25 AM Failed to start monitoring 05157df5e0e8191e

I am wondering what the minimum code required to make the little LED light flash on my MetaMotionC device? At least I would know the app is connecting to the device (yes, bluetooth is on).

    And I just downloaded the free Metabase app for my Samsung Galaxy, and it does not recognize my MetaMotionC

    Again, this appears to be an Android Studio / Gradle, not an issue with our code. You probably will be able to find better Android help on Stack Overflow or the Google developer forums.
