About the connection of Meta tracker and Metabase APP
HI, I'm JH Lee and trying to use your products for the research.
But the connection of the sensor and app is not stable.
(two files attahced below represent the main problem of this inquiry)
The sensors were connected well with the app in the first time that I installed the app on my phone.
But several days after from the first connection, the app failed to find the sensors which lying nearby the phone.
Of course, the function of bluetooth was activated and the battery of the sensors were enough.
I tried to connect the sensors with other phone and it was successful.
So I thought it's a matter of the app, not the sensors.
Pleas tell me the way to solve this problem.

What happens if you try to bring up the board diagnostic page?
