metawear dead?

Hi! I have been testing LED on metawear and yesterday stop working.

As you suggested on some posts I removed everything of the board (including battery).

It's only connected on USB and nRF official app doesn't detect it 

Any suggestion or something to do?

    Try holding the button down and connecting the USB cable.  It will put the device in Bootloader mode which will then show up in a ble scan as "MetaBoot".

    Are the LEDs the only thing not working? Can you still connect and use the accelerometer for example? Please let us know when you troubleshoot with the MetaWear App.
