Unable to connect the IOS MetaWear App to my RPRO

Hi there,

I followed the instructions in this MetaWear video, showing how to connect the RPRO to the IOS App. When I open the app it keeps searching for the device, but cannot find it. 

I confirmed that my BlueTooth is ON. I tried clicking on the on/off button a few times. Nothing worked.

  • Have you charged your MetaWear?  If you have another mobile device (phone, tablet, etc), does it also fail to pickup the board in a scan?
  • The IOS App fails to discover my tablet. I didn't think to charge my RPRO because I read that it comes charged. I will charge it and attempt to scan again.


  • Charging the RPRO worked!
