RSSI distance range value

what is the maximum RSSI value (range value)? , when i tested in my metwear with nearby mobile, it's showing RSSI value "-65". let me know which is minimum range value and maximum range value,
And how to improve ble antenna range, like position of placing board to get more accuracy range.

    RSSI values depends on each BLE device at the circuit level (we are talking antenna strength and configuration here). 
    -65 is a typical value but you can expect everything from -40 to -90 and the occasional erroneous 127 value.
