Firmware v1.2.0 for MetaDetector and MetaEnvironment

Firmware v1.2.0 mainly adds support for the sensors on the MetaDetector and MetaEnvironment boards. This release is primarily for Detector, and Environment boards.  C and CPro boards should hold off on this update.

    Firmware v1.2.1 has been released to address the "missing" accelerometer bug on C and CPro boards enabling them to safely use the v1.2.0 firmware.
