Unable to install firebase

I am unable to install Firebase using Cocoapods in Swift Starter. I am trying to import Firebase and I am getting this error "no such module". Please help me to resolve this issue.

Check out the latest firebase docs under the google domain, they recently updated docs.  I was able to successfully run following these instructions:
