I have a Type C sensor. I want to use the oscilloscope to measure the active current to calculate the power consumption in different working scenario. I checked your data sheet and try all the possible pin. I still get nothing. Is it possible to do that? Thanks!

I recommend using an external 3V power supply, with a fast sampling Ammeter inline. If you really want to measure on a scope, you will need to get a current sense amplifier or use differential scope probes and a shunt resistor.
