Uploading data from MetamotionR

Hello,

I have 2 questions:
1) I used 6 sensors with a speed of 100 in acceleration and gyroscope. When I uploaded the data, one sensor disappeared. why?
2) Is there a faster way to upload data directly to your computer? (Upload was 5 hours for all sensors, one device of course).

    1. Upload to where?  Assuming you are talking about MetaBase, does the erred device work if it is the only device configured and downloaded from?
      A quick way to check if there is any saved data is to plug in your Android device to a computer and check if there are any CSV files in the public "Downloads" folder
    2. No.  Currently, the only way to transmit data is via BLE.
