Python on a Mac

I am trying to run to run the python SDK on my macbook pro, but I get
error: Not supported OS when I do a setup.py. Does it work on mac, and if not will it?

    No, the Python SDK is Linux only.  You can instead use the Javascript SDK on OSX.
