It doesn't say the approximate euler angle deviation..
I do remember seeing this somewhere in mbientlab site but cant seem to find it.
I simply needs a reference estimation for the university project.

I am not sure that you will find this definition anywhere. There are obviously error rates on the bosch sensors and the fusion library (again you have to look at the docs for that). After that it is a matter of your application and software.
What I can tell you is that we usually get error rates of about 5 degrees or less in our applications (this is from experience and not a hard fact).
