Connecting Issue with BLE to USB dongle

Hi,

I could not connect the Gateway hub with multiple sensors using BLE to USB dongle.
10 dongle was purchased from mbientlab store.

I followed these above steps. they mentioned maximum 4 sensors can connect using one USB dongle.
