MMR Failed to discover gatt characteristics (status = 3)

the 3 MMRs no longer connect.
i tried both via python script and via metabase app, but in both cases no devices are found. i tried with my pc (windows), my phone(iOS) and another phone (android).
I tried to perform the "soft reset". I'm sure the 3 devices are charged.
How can I solve the problem?

    the connection problem was resolved without further intervention.

    I tried to connect again after 1 hour (during wich the devices were in charge) and the connection was successful.
    could someone give me an explanation?

    Not sure because there isn't a lot of details but it seems like the battery was too low.

    but just before the problem occurred the battery of the 3 devices was at 100%

    If you are charging while reading the battery %, it can read 100%.
