Timestamps are always inconsistent!
I am trying to record with a single IMU using the application. The data is collected with the mobile app. magnetometer at 25Hz, acc and gyro at 50Hz at the same time using data streaming, however, the timestamps are always inconsistent. It seems like the sampling frequency keeps changing drastically during the data collection.

Can you show us your setup and the actual data? There's not much to go on for now.
