  Double check the import section.  It looks like you have imported another Debug class instead of the MetaWear class.

  Thaks a lot!!! it is fix but now I install the app and when I run it in my phone appears the message: the freefall detector app has been stoped and in the android studio I have the follow message in the console Connected to the target VM, address: 'localhost:8600', transport: 'socket'

  your error message is cutoff so I'll assume that it was a null pointer exception.  Did you assign the  loggingModule variable?

  I have the logging module variable. I continue with problems, since my movile appears the message freefalldetector app has been stopped and other message in the android studio. I don´t understand why.. please help me and thanks. The photos are attached

  Unfortunately those screenshots do not provide me much information to work with. What is the full stack trace caused by your crash?
  
  As an alternative test, does the free fall project on our github page work on your device?

  I downloaded on github the Free fall detector project and appears the same wrong but with the Metawear-SampleAndroidApp on github I didn´t have any problem.... Could you give me soma advice to check it and the wrong will be detected.... thanks!!

  Does your app ever enter ConnectionStateHandler code?  It appears that your app has not connected to a board.
