Hi,

I can't discover my metamotionR. It's been charged for a few hours. ANY clue?

How were you using the board prior to this happening? Maybe another app or device is still connected to it.

Hi Eric,

1) I bought 20 sensors. And 2 of them do not work, the device does not recognize them at all.

2) No, I don't have another device that connected to it.

Have you tried some of the troubleshooting tips?

It's possible those two boards are DOA. The return / exchange policy is at the bottom of the troubleshooting page
