nRF51x Hardware Revision

Hi all,

I am currently working on my bachelors thesis on the MetaWear CPro platform. Due to some organizational issues on my university i dont have the hardware until now. I am developing a custom firmware based on Nordics Softdevices, So here is my question:
To select the best suitable Softdevice i need to know the IC revision number of the nRF51822 chip. Could you tell me with revision is installed in current MetaWear CPro products?

    I believe the CPros are using the S130 soft device.

    So the IC revision should be revision 3.
