Metamotion R with external analog sensor

I’m using the Metamotion R with an external analog sensor powered from pin 11 (V3V) of the MetatMotion R.
This kind of connection has considerably reduced the range of the bluetooth signal and my project can’t go on.

I’m thinking at three solutions:
1. I connect the external sensor directly to the battery . Do you thing can this solve the issue?
2. I would like to replace the original battery with new one but with more mAh like 3.7V 200mAh or more.
3. I would like to buy a new battery like the original one(3.7 100mAh) in order to separate the power supply of the board and external sensor

    • What kind of analog sensor did you connect? Please provide a link to the spec sheet.
    • How are you reading data from this sensor?

    I'm using a torque sensor with 350ohm resistor with a small amplifier INA125.
    The output of the amplifier is read from Analog I/O A0of the Metamotion R.
    The system it works untill 2 meters; without connect the external sensor the Metalmotion R works well!

    How much power are these components drawing? Given that everything works fine when you don't have them connected, try your third and second suggestions.
