Failed to establish a connection between metamotionR and my devices
Hi,
I could not establish a successful connection between my metamotionR and any of my devices (iPhone 8 with IOS 12, Andirod phone, and my windows 10 pc) . Among all the devices I owned, my PC and iPhone could detect one of the metamotionRs but were still unable to establish a connection.

I tried everything except the hard reset.
What does the app's event log show?

The device has already passed 30 days warranty. Am I still eligible to request the RMA?
