MetaWear - Translating from Swift 3 to Swift 4
in iOS
Hi,
I have 2 Macintosh computers running Xcode, one version 10.2, the other 10.1. When I try to open the MetaWear package in 10.2, Xcode complains that it was written in Swift 3, and that Swift 4 is required, and to use Xcode version 10.1 to upgrade. Looking at Xcode 10.1, I do not see a save as command, but do see Export. How do I get from Swift 3 to 4? Does mbientlab have any plans to upgrade to Swift 4?
Thanks,
Mark

Thanks, I am stating to read through it, Mark
Hi,
I have been reading the documentation, and just tried to upload the Swift 5 version to my iPhone 8. Does the starter project need modifications or additions to run? I am getting 5 errors.
Thanks,
Mark
Can't help if you don't tell us what these errors are.
Understandable that you need more details, I am trying to figure out how to get them to you. Mac OSX 10.14.5 does not seem to have screengrab like earlier versions, and I cannot get Screenshot to work. Even if I do get a screengrab, is this your preferred form of getting the information?
Let me know,
Thanks
