Adapt BLE board with builtin battery to use in door/window open/close sensor

I am looking for a ble sensor that I could adapt to use for window open/close. Does mbclientlab have any products/boards that I could adapt for this purpose. I don't want a hub or wifi. Just direct pair to phone.

    Use the MMR and add a magnet type sensor to it using the I2C/SPI/GPIOs
