So the issue is when you bundle/group sensors?
-
Which Android and which device are you using? Starting with Android 10, using internal storage is no longer allowed. So you can only access the files through the App. This is 100% normal and is 100% the new google android rules moving forward for…
-
Yes you are 100% correct. And yes you can then use the timestamps to synchronize data.
-
It starts when the programming screen is done. It has started logging when you see SUCCESS.
-
You shouldn't need to do sensor fusion + raw data. Some people have done it but then the gyro or acc raw data can only be 10Hz- 25Hz and it's not particularly helpful tbh.
-
No, those limitations do not apply in the logging case. At least not in the same way. You still have to connect to the metasensors 3 to 4 metasensors at a time until you have told all 20 metasensors to log.
-
Yes you are correct.
-
You just have to reconstruct the correct timestamps.
-
Unfortunately the BOSCH sensor fusion library only outputs at 100Hz. You would need to use our data processor to change the sampling rate. Is it practical to stream eular angle, acclerometer and gyroscope data at the same time? No and we don't su…

Python3.5
-
That is normal. It is the packed mode output.
-
It is already at the latest firmware.
-
* It's up to you to figure that out. Best to take some sample data. * You need to tare in software yourself. * This is documented in our datasheets. * ?
-
Thanks for the update @askker
-
* Make sure to use our APIs to get maximum antenna gain. * Don't buy a cheap dongle. Make sure it's well reviewed and works for your system.

Take a look at the examples -> example.zip and metawear.zip Also https://mbientlab.com/cppdocs/latest/mblmwmetawearboard.html#full-reset So this 'debug.resetAsync()' is fine. It's the soft reset: mbl_mw_debug_reset()

Let's give a few days for Xcode 12.5 to stabilize and then I will take a look at it. I expect a few patches in the early days of this new xcode release.
-
MMRL is the MMR with the ambient light sensor and barometer removed. If you need those, you can get the MMS instead. Otherwise get the MMR. https://mbientlab.com/boards/

Thanks for the update @whuyghe_imec If you are streaming, the device doesn't save any records.
-
That sounds more like a bundle / App ID issue. Make sure you are using the right account and bundle names when signing the App. Something is not matching up.
-
Hi @SteveOD This firmware is for the MMS only. This is a bug in the MetaBase Android App and we will have a fix shortly.
-
Is the GPS/LOCATION and BLUETOOTH on on your Android device?
-
Yah that's pretty new. Even I haven't updated yet because it's not a requirement from Xcode. Let's wait for the dust to settle and revisit this when Xcode 12.5 is official (i/e it's an update requirement and not just optional for Xcode).
-
Hi @Gerard, Please provide additional details. Thank you
-
I DO NOT recommend the Pi0. It just isn't powerful enough. Our stuff barely works/compiles/runs on Pi3 and Pi4 (they are just very weak/cheap computers). If you can, I recommend something like an Intel NUC running Ubuntu. But a Pi3 or 4 is still fin…

The issue is that 12.5 is in beta. 12.4 works just fine. Can you downgrade until 12.5 is out of beta? You updated a bit early. There's probably going to be a bunch of patches in the next weeks.
-
I will check what is going on with Android. You can use iOS to update or try a manual update via Android.
-
hey @stbnps, I will clear that up in the tutorials. Sorry for the confusion.
-
It says you don't have bluetooth installed. That means you didn't follow the pre-requisite and install dependencies first. Please read our tutorials.
-
A new firmware version will be released today to fix this. Please update your devices. The Android MetaBase App has also been updated and is already available.
