Spikes when recording with MTR sensor sitting idle on a flat surface
Hello,
I recently got my hands on a MetaTracker sensor. In order to get some idea about the battery life I initiated streaming data recording and put the sensor sit on a flat surface. Ideally, there should be no changes in the recorded values as the sensor is just sitting there, however, once every few seconds I see a handful of single data point spikes with large magnitudes (4g in case of acceleration). Could you please explain why this is happening?

I believe the spikes were caused by a faulty bluetooth dongle. When I switched to onboard Raspberry Pi bluetooth it worked like a charm and no spikes were noticed in data. It wrote this for future references and in case somebody gets such an issue.
Thanks,
Thank you.
