MetaMotion R broke

Hello. I have discovered several MetaMotion R devices I haven't been using for some time have broken. They are not visible in MetaBase app. Some of them probably broke when I was updating firmware to 1.4.1 on them. There were cases when the device disconnected during firmware update and then failed to reconnect. I put them away for some time thinking they would come back to life later but apparently they haven't. What can I do to repair/reset/unbrick them?

    I put them on charge for the whole night

    They suggested me to fill out RMA and said devices had to be under warranty. However, 30 days have passed since I purchased these devices. So there's nothing I can do?

    Did you tell them the board bricked during the update to firmware v1.4.1?

    Fill our the RMA regardless, support needs all the information they need to verify the issue.
