Meta Tracker Red LED

After stopping streaming and closing Metabase, device's red LED remains blinking every 30 seconds or so and after sometime substantially drains battery.

  • Use the selected device's diagnostic screen to reset the board.

  • Hello Eric, I received today the MetamotionR, I'e the same problem of Keith, I tried to reset and set again it but it doesn't work in the screen where there is devices list into the right there is the red circle, also about red LED.
It worked only the first time. Do you have some idea? Thank you so much

Did you do what I suggested in my previous post?

  • @Eric, I already done but I didn't fix the problem.
I tried also soft reset but without results.
Now I've a new problem with MetaBase App. I disconnected by Metabase app the sensor and now if I try to reconnect the app close itself like a crash.
I installed the app in a laptop with windows10.
I don't know how to do

    • Reinstall the Win10 app
    • Use Android or iOS device to reset the board
      • If that still does not work, use either app to do a firmware update

Thank you so much.. Tomorrow I'm trying to do a firmware update using iOS

  • @denisb,
    Great, keep us updated.
It seems your metatracker is stuck in log mode but works fine if you can just update or reset it with an iPhone and a fresh MetaBase install.
I had this happen to someone else and the iOS firmware update fixed everything.

  • @Laura @Eric I fixed updating firmware by iPhone and now all it's ok.
Thank you so much for your time
